This is Kaisen's version of an Americanized sushi roll: The Sweet & Spicy Bluefin Tuna Roll. Filled with lots of fresh bluefin tuna, avocado, cucumber, sliced Serrano/jalapeno, topped with shichimi, in-house spicy mayo, eel sauce, and Thai chilis. It's a must try for those of you who want to know what a fresh roll should taste like.
