Every restaurant and their mother has a hamachili dish on the menu, because it tastes good. This is Kaisen's version. Made with beautiful Japanese hamachi, cold smoked in hickory, with mandarin supremes, Thai chilis, mandarin zu, crispy negi curls, and some infused oil.
