Kaisen's NY Steak Bowl

This bowl is special and back on the menu. Our USDA Choice NY Strip Loins are cooked sous vide for 90-120 minutes with tamari and garlic, and then reverse-seared with tamari. Furirake, shichimi, sesame oil, chopped negi, fresh mustard micro greens, and delicious medium grain white rice, all combine to provide a seriously good meal.
